There is a pitbull, German shepherd, and doberman. Also, seven fulltime humans.

We also have rental units. Basic unit is 450U$ per month plus electric. The nicest unit is 1000 plus electric. There are a few units in between with different pricing. First, last, and security required.

At this time there is no program for short stay.

 

Sorry, no leases. G’s Spot works on the Good Neighbour Policy. While you are a good neighbour you will remain. When a neighbour becomes a nuisance they are asked to leave.

We all help each other out, even when not asked. Some volunteer to help with upkeep of the property. And if you suggest an improvement of the property you just volunteered yourself and your funds 🙂

FREE rent is being offered for 20 hours of work per week. Cash for completed projects after 20 hours is to be negotiated.  Presently seeking one with construction, electrical, or heavy equipment maintenance experience.

Boring details:
Internet is slow this far out, though fiber optic has been laid five miles down the road.  Thus faster speeds cumming soon.  Some units are hardwired, and wifi varies 8-11mbs.  What do you expect for free.

There is a small swimming lake.

Free use of washer and dryer onsite.

Water comes from a well.  Most drink bottled water.

Each resident takes their garage to the cans just outside the gate.
